SELA opens vacancy for the position of Coordinator of Digitalisation and Infrastructure

The Latin American and Caribbean Economic System (SELA) has called for applications for the position of Coordinator of the Digitalisation and Infrastructure Area to develop, coordinate and manage the projects and activities of the organisation's Work Programme that promote digital inclusion, connectivity, the development of energy infrastructure and the use of green energies in the region.

Applications are open for local and international staff and can be made from Wednesday 12 to Monday 24 April this year. The evaluation of applications and the selection of candidates will take place from 25 April to 3 May, and the selected candidates will be notified on 8 May, to start their functions on Monday 22 May 2023, at the headquarters of SELA, located in Caracas.

The candidate for the post of Coordinator of the Digitalisation and Infrastructure Area must be a professional from any of the Member States of SELA, with a university degree in economic sciences, engineering, international relations and/or a similar field, with a master's degree or specialization in the areas of digital transformation, public policies or other relevant to the digitalisation and infrastructure area.

In addition, he/she must have a minimum work experience of 5 in international organisations; intermediate/advanced level of English and any other language of SELA's member countries; as well as management and application of methodologies for monitoring and follow-up of projects.
