The working group also included the representatives of the People's Ministry of Transport and the National Institute of Aquatic Spaces, who discussed the inclusion of Venezuela in a project that is seen as a joint work with CAF and UNCTAD. The objective is to consolidate tools that promote work to improve and perfect port logistics and operations through collaborative practices by the committee that makes it up in order to promote the use of innovative technology, contributing to the sustainable development of the people.

The possibility for Bolipuertos to join this programme broadens the vision of the Ports Administrator, opening means to dynamise the vision representing as a team the aquatic sector and the nation, in accordance with the policies established by the National Executive to generate a timely and efficient response in the port scenario which as a result will strengthen the economic and productive development of the Blue Venezuela.
