The planning for the year 2024 focuses on the areas of Economic Recovery, Digitalisation and Social Development, and totals 47 activities.

In the Area of Economic Recovery, 24 activities related to Economic Integration, Trade Facilitation and support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) were approved; in the Area of Digitalisation and Infrastructure, 8 activities were defined for Digital Transformation and Sustainable Energy Infrastructure; while in the Area of Social Development, 15 activities were planned focusing on Sustainable and Resilient Development, Comprehensive Risk Management and the promotion of an integral vision of Human Mobility.

This update, approved within the framework of the XLIX Regular Meeting of the Latin American Council of the Latin American and Caribbean Economic System (SELA), aims to coordinate the positions of the Member States in order to advance towards the integration and development of the region.
