Introduction

The Latin American Council is the highest decision-making body of SELA, made up of one representative of each Member State, which meets annually and is entrusted with the task of establishing the general policies of the organisation. 

The Bureau, at its meeting held on 11 April, decided to convene the XVII Special Meeting of the Latin American Council for Tuesday, 16 May 2023.

The XVII Special Meeting of the Latin American Council will take place in hybrid format on 16 May, starting at 11:00 a.m. (Venezuelan time).
