With more than 30 years of diplomatic career, Ambassador Javier Paulinich V., has represented Peru in numerous countries and the United Nations, having recently occupied the Directorate-General for Economic Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of his country. Professor of International Economic Policy and International Economic Regimes in the Diplomatic Academy of Peru.
On 13 June 2017, he was elected, by acclamation, as Permanent Secretary of SELA for the period 2017-2021.
